Chef Fukuzato is our head chef for Nippori Japanese restaurant. With more than 40 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, he managed the team with more than 120 items from the menu such as sushi, wafu-pizza to desserts. He had been working in more than 10 different countries so his creatively and food quality tells the difference.
This Saba Boshi fish prepared by chef Fukuzato personally, had been sun-dried for 2 days and sleep 1 day for extra flavour. The fish texture is soft and fluffy, sweet after taste with full of umami favour every bite!
Our last year promotion “Burnt cheese curry ramen” is back by demand now!!! We boil the curry ramen soup everyday for long hours with many vegetables and fruits and 20 different spices. Mix well together with melted mozzarella cheese is so good that you will finish the soup too!!!
